The Role

We are searching for an experienced Team Coordinator to become an integral part of the team, providing support for the efficient day-to-day operation of three teams. With your exceptional communication, time-management skills, and proactive mindset, you'll bring a passion for supporting your team and cultivating a vibrant, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
 

As a Team Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing correspondence including client packages, reports, proposals, tenders, and home loan fulfilments
  • Manage monthly client billing
  • Calendar support including booking meeting rooms, travel, catering and preparing meeting materials
  • Database management and working with marketing on client communications
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding of new clients and team members
  • Coordination of team administration and engagement activities, client functions and events

As our new team member, you will have:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or office management roles within a professional/corporate environment
  • Experience supporting a multiple disciplinary team
  • PowerPoint Guru and proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
  • Can b​​​​​ring the fun to work everyday!
