About the role

Based in our Coffs Harbour office we are looking for an Administration Assistant (also known as a Client Service Coordinator within our firm) who is ready to expand on their knowledge and take on new challenges. In this full-time position you will play a key role in liaising with staff and clients ensuring the delivery of exemplary administration support and client service. With so much variety no two days will be the same!

Tasks and responsibilities

  • General administration support: phone calls, emails, liaising with third parties
  • Providing exceptional client service to both internal and external clientele
  • Working with Partners, Managers and Accountants
  • Maintaining contact with clients both face-to-face and over the phone  
  • Setting up new clients and update client details in our databases and portals
  • Supporting the Accountants to ensure that client work is carried out to a high standard
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team and Office Manager
  • Manage documentation
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Checking MyGOV and ATO portals
  • Ad hoc administration duties

About you

You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:

  • Experience in an administration or client services role, however your ‘can do attitude’ will outweigh any experience
  • Experience in MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom and MYOB will be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Eager to learn and expand on skills
  • A high level of personal presentation and a professional approach
  • Highly organised and a natural planner
  • Client focused, with a willingness to help with a positive attitude
