In 2017, Ben expanded his skills in agribusiness financial management, succession, and strategic planning. His clientele spans mixed cropping, livestock, intensive horticulture, and dairy. Combining expertise in strategic and production agronomy with a robust knowledge of agribusiness financial management, Ben offers a unique skill set to help clients achieve production and business goals.

As a non-executive chair for family businesses, Ben guides discussions on financial control, strategy, risk management, policies, procedures, and succession planning. Since joining Moore Australia, he remains committed to working with families to achieve their business and personal objectives, cultivating businesses that are ready for opportunities.

In his personal life, Ben is passionate about continual improvement, family health, and outdoor pursuits. Residing on a small farm with his wife and three daughters, he applies key learnings from his career journey.
