We are seeking a Manager to join our Business Advisory team. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of complex private clients across various industries, working alongside multiple partners
  • Overseeing all compliance and advisory work for your portfolio, including QBCC reporting, annual accounts, tax returns, BAS, and regular advisory work
  • Collaborating closely with partners to take ownership of day-to-day management responsibilities
  • Supporting the ongoing improvement of processes, systems and document management practices
  • Assisting with people leadership responsibilities, including coordinating offshore resources and helping create a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Assisting with people leadership (including offshore staff), helping to create more capacity for senior leaders to focus on BD and strategic initiatives
  • Offering strategic business advice to clients, delivering high‑quality outcomes and identifying opportunities to broaden client services

About You

About You

  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or similar
  • Completed CA or CPA qualification
  • 5+ years’ public practice experience, ideally in a mid‑tier or large firm
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — to support a client base that requires clear, confident communication
  • Experience managing your own workload and supervising/reviewing staff
  • A strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented approach with a leadership style built on trust, autonomy and respect
