Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for competition held at the
Family Law Practitioners Association Conference, 4-6 June 2026.
- The promoter of the competition is Moore Australia (QLD/NNSW) Pty Ltd, ABN 14 625 254 677, Level 6, 10 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4001. Hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter’.
- Employees of Moore Australia or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter.
- The prize is an electronic visa gift card valued at AUD $200.
- To enter the competition the entrant must complete an entry form via the QR code at the Moore Australia booth physically located at the FLPA Conference – Sheraton Mirage, 71 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach, Gold Coast, QLD, 4217.
- Entries are open from 8:00am (AEST) Friday 5 June 2026 and close 5.30pm (AEST) Saturday 6 June 2026. After this date no further entries will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The winner will be drawn at random at Level 6/10 Eagle Street Brisbane QLD 4001 on Tuesday 9 June 2026 and notified by email.
- The prize will be emailed to the winner within 7 days of the draw and must be used within 3 years from the date of the draw.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
- Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
- Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and providing consent to be added to Moore Australia newsletter database and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
- The winner agrees with the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The winner’s name will be published on our website and email distributed to all entrants after the event.
