I work with local governments across Western Australia to support strong financial management, legislative compliance and reliable day-to-day finance operations. My focus is on providing practical accounting and advisory services, helping councils meet reporting obligations, maintain accurate financial records and operate with confidence.
With more than 35 years of accounting and auditing experience, including a career beginning with KPMG in 1986, I bring extensive technical knowledge and practical insight to local government finance. Since joining Moore Australia in 2012, I have specialised in supporting local government administration teams through both onsite and remote accounting service delivery arrangements, developing a strong understanding of the industry’s operational, financial and compliance requirements.
My experience includes annual financial statements, budgeting, monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, asset management, taxation compliance and process improvement. I also support finance teams through training and capability development, helping strengthen financial management practices across local government organisations.
