Bio
Local government advisory services supporting organisations with integrated planning, financial management, and governance frameworks.
I advise local governments across Western Australia on integrated planning and reporting, long-term financial planning, asset management, financial reporting, and governance matters. My work is focused on helping councils translate statutory and strategic obligations into practical plans, frameworks, and reporting processes that support informed decision-making and financial sustainability.
I bring more than 15 years’ experience providing audit and advisory services to local government, supported by over 15 years in senior management roles in commerce. This combination of sector knowledge and commercial experience helps me provide practical advice that reflects both regulatory requirements and operational realities.
My work includes strategic community planning, workforce planning, asset management, long-term financial planning, governance, risk management, and local government training. I have also contributed to the development of firm methodologies across business planning, financial reporting, asset management, and risk management.
My analytical approach and deep understanding of local government operations are central to my work. I am regularly called on to provide professional and technical advice to both local government clients and State government stakeholders, with a focus on practical solutions that support sound governance, informed decision-making, and effective long-term planning.
