I am an experienced local government advisor, project manager and facilitator with a background spanning local and state government, community engagement and consulting. Having worked in local government across finance, administration and community services, I bring a strong understanding of the local government operating environment and the challenges faced by councils and communities.
Since joining Moore Australia’s local government advisory team in 2015, I have specialised in strategic planning, community and stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, asset management planning, long-term financial planning, and organisational reviews. I regularly facilitate community consultations, employee engagement initiatives, stakeholder workshops and elected member workshops, helping organisations build consensus and make informed decisions.
My experience also includes customer relations and member services roles within the banking sector and industry associations, alongside serving as a board member. This background has strengthened my focus on building trusted relationships, delivering practical outcomes and creating value for clients and stakeholders.
I am passionate about helping local governments develop practical strategies, engage effectively with their communities and deliver sustainable outcomes for the future.
