After more than 40 years in the profession, I have come to appreciate change is the only constant. The challenges facing our clients, our people and our businesses continue to evolve in complexity, making adaptability, and perspective, more important than ever.

My career began with a broad apprenticeship across almost every service line before progressing into leadership roles. This breadth of experience provided a strong foundation and a valuable understanding of the diverse needs of clients, colleagues, and business.

I regard leadership as both a privilege and a responsibility. It is never something to be taken for granted. Whilst leadership brings rewarding moments, it also demands sound judgement, resilience, and humility. Just when one challenge is overcome, another emerges, creating new opportunities to learn, adapt and grow.

Today, I draw on the experience gained throughout my career to help clients and colleagues navigate challenges and turn them into opportunities. I believe effective leaders must articulate a clear vision while never losing sight of their responsibilities to their clients, their people, and their firm. For me, creating an environment where others can succeed and thrive, remains one of the most rewarding aspects of leadership.

Outside of work, my focus is firmly on family and friends and making the most of the time we share together. I also enjoy running, cycling and the occasional social game of tennis. I am a passionate cricket follower and a proud supporter of the Carlton Football Club.
