Bio

Audit and assurance advice for growing businesses, from privately owned companies to ASX-listed organisations, with particular depth in energy, renewables, and supply chain-intensive industries.

I work with private SME’s and listed entities across Australia, helping them navigate their audit, assurance, and financial reporting requirements. I have particular expertise in the energy and renewables sector, including businesses involved in generation, infrastructure, and the transition to more sustainable energy models. My expertise also extends to retail, wholesale, distribution, and logistics businesses, where I bring a practical understanding of supply chains, warehousing operations, and the finance functions that support them.

With over 13 years in audit and assurance, spanning both Australia and Ireland, I’ve built my career within mid-tier practices, working closely with business owners and leadership teams who value an auditor who understands how their business truly operates, beyond the year-end process. The breadth of industries I’ve worked across allows me to draw on insights from different sectors, identify patterns and opportunities, and apply practical perspectives that add value to each client engagement.

In the energy and renewables space, I support clients through the technical complexities that come with a sector in constant evolution. Project structures, financing arrangements, and the accounting standards that govern infrastructure assets all require careful, commercially grounded interpretation. For clients in retail, wholesale, and distribution, my focus tends towards process improvement, data flows, risk identification, and scaling finance functions to keep pace with business growth.

The work I value most starts with understanding your business properly: your goals, your pressures, and the environment you operate in. I take time to get that right because it’s the difference between an audit that simply meets the required standards and one that provides meaningful observations you can use.

Complex issues deserve clear explanations, and I make a point of cutting through technical language so you can make decisions with confidence. You’ll find me accessible, direct, and genuinely interested in what you’re trying to achieve.
