Advising private and listed companies in Melbourne and Sydney through complex audits, the financial reporting challenges that come with rapid growth and support through capital raises and pre-IPO readiness.
I work with founders, CFOs, companies and investors on external audit and assurance, with a particular focus on companies moving through periods of significant growth and change. My clients span both small to medium private companies and small to medium ASX-listed companies across sectors including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, education, wholesale, retail, travel, and not-for-profit organisations. Much of my work centres on helping these businesses improve the quality, consistency, and transparency of their financial reporting.
I have over 16 years in the delivery of external audits and technical accounting advice across a broad range of industries with a sector specialisation of technology and growth-stage companies. Much of my work is with companies going through rapid growth, experiencing the accounting and operational complexities, including raising capital, improving month-end close discipline, revenue recognition gaps, share-based payment arrangements, research and development offsets and liquidity events. That same technical depth and commercial understanding transfers directly to the private and listed companies I advise.
For each client, the goal is the same: clear, compliant, and well-presented financial reporting that gives stakeholders genuine confidence, speeds raises and diligence and supports growth. Regulatory obligations, reporting consistency, and the quality of information reaching boards and investors all sit at the center of the work I do.
