- Preparing and reviewing management reporting and financial analysis using Xero and MYOB
- Cash flow forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling for clients
- Deliver commercial advisory services to support client business performance and growth
- Manage client relationships, partnering closely to provide management consulting and corporate governance advice
- Oversee tax compliance and annual financial reporting through to annual general meetings ensuring accuracy, efficiency and best practice outcomes
- Liasing with various stakeholders associated with these clients including business partners, government regulators, lawyers and auditors

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong experience within public practice accounting, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification, and will ideally be CA or CPA qualified. You will have an established background within professional services, with experience delivering both taxation compliance and business advisory services across a diverse and technically complex client base.
You will possess strong technical knowledge, with the ability to prepare and review financial statements and management reports, while confidently interpreting financial information to provide meaningful commercial insights and advise to clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll be comfortable working directly with clients, understanding their business objectives, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Ideally, you are proactive and personable, with strong attention to detail, a commercial mindset, and a genuine interest in how businesses operate, perform and grow.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team, focusing on managing M&A transactions for our clients. This role will see you working closely with Partners to drive M&A deals, ensuring their successful execution from evaluation to completion.
In this position, you’ll have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, shaping tailored financial strategies that meet their unique needs and expectations. - Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of corporate finance experience with strong financial modelling and valuation expertise.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and a solid understanding of M&A processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment.
- Advanced analytical and report writing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in financial analysis tools such as Modano, S&P CapIQ, MergerMarket etc highly regarded.
- A current national police clearance (within six months) is required.

- Preparing financial statements, tax returns and activity statements.
- Assisting junior team members in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns while also supporting their professional development.
- Fostering and contributing to a client-focused team and supportive workplace culture.
