About the role
We are seeking a motivated Employee Relations Graduate to join our team in Adelaide. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to begin your career in Employee Relations within a consulting environment, working closely with experienced professionals to support the delivery of high-quality HR and ER solutions.
In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of employment relations matters, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients. You will work closely with senior team members, building on your academic knowledge while developing practical skills across workplace investigations, compliance, and advisory support.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the team in managing employment relations matters, including performance, conduct and compliance
- Drafting and reviewing reports, correspondence and documentation relating to workplace matters
- Assisting with research to support ER advice and recommendations to clients
- Supporting the preparation and review of employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Assisting with workplace investigations and documentation processes
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Providing administrative support to the ER consulting team as required

The successful candidate will be a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline, with a strong interest in Employee Relations and a desire to build your career in a consulting environment.
You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to reviewing work, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential issues early. You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, are proactive in your approach, and are eager to learn from experienced professionals while developing your technical ER capability.

The Role
We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduates to join our 2027 Graduate Program in our Melbourne office.
We are hiring across our core service lines. When applying, you will be able to select the division you are most interested in:
- Business Advisory: Partner with clients to manage their compliance, tax obligations, and provide strategic advice to help their businesses grow.
- Tax: Navigate complex legislation, assisting with specialized tax planning, structuring, and advisory for corporate groups and high-net-worth individuals.
- Corporate Finance: Help clients make informed strategic decisions by working on financial models, valuations, projections, and transactions.
- Governance & Risk Advisory: Work closely with businesses to evaluate risks, strengthen internal controls, and improve overall corporate governance and efficiency.
- Audit & Assurance: Gain a deep understanding of how businesses operate by assessing internal controls, verifying financial records, and ensuring statutory compliance.
- In your first 2 weeks as a Moore Australia (VIC/TAS) Graduate you will participate in a structured Graduate Orientation.
- Orientation will consist of a mixture of activities including getting to know your colleagues, your buddy, and your team; introductions to all our service lines; systems training; compliance programs; soft skill trainings and lunch with our CEO.
- You will have the opportunity to attend the National Graduate Conference where you will meet our National Team and connect with other Graduates across our Australia network.
- You will take a deep dive into your chosen service line, with a comprehensive training program to gain a strong understanding of your new role and equip you with the skills for a successful start to your career.
- You will learn about all the Learning and Development opportunities available to you, including the CA Program, and our ongoing Moore Australia Graduate training programs.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this program candidates must have:
- An Accounting, Commerce or Business-related degree
- Due to complete an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in 2026
To be considered for the Graduate Program, all applicants must be available to attend in person assessment centres and interviews between 5 May 2026 to 30 May 2026.

We welcome applications from candidates at the Graduate and Intermediate level who are looking to develop and progress their careers.
As our Corporate Finance Analyst, you’ll be collaborating with an established & growing team to provide detailed analysis and develop structured reports for our clients. You’ll present your findings and insights to the team, which will contribute to the guidance of our clients’ business decisions. In this diverse role, you’ll be involved in contributing to a range of corporate finance related functions including mergers & acquisitions, business valuations, financial modelling, independent reviews and other ad hoc advisory work. You will also have the opportunity to undertake Business Advisory work, enhancing your tax knowledge and skillset.
Furthermore, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Undertaking business valuations
- Supporting merger & acquisition transactions
- Financial modelling, analysis and independent reviews
- Business case and feasibility study development
- Critically analysing datasets and developing reports for clients

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications within Accounting, Finance or a related field and preferably demonstrate experience working within a consulting environment at an Undergraduate, Graduate or Intermediate level. The successful candidate will also be a confident collaborator and communicator, across written and verbal mediums.
