2. Once our applications have closed, the People and Culture team will assess all applications and send a video interview link to shortlisted candidates.
3. Successful candidates will be invited to our Assessment Centre, which includes a panel interview alongside psychometric testing.
4. The selection Panel will review all candidates based on merit, taking into consideration all aspects of the selection process.
5. Formal offers will be issued to successful candidates.
