Vanessa is a Director in the Business Advisory division with more than 20 years’ of experience.

Throughout her career, Vanessa has developed and built a loyal client base, including listed entities, large property developers, SGE foreign subsidiaries, high-net-worth family groups, and small businesses.

Her diverse skill and intimate industry experience has seen her work closely with clients from a range of industries. Her industry knowledge developed with a focus on property & construction, fintech, shipping, agribusiness, health and professional services.

Personable and diligent, Vanessa’s hands-on approach allows her to work directly with business owners and decision makers, assisting them with start-up, business expansion, tax compliance, restructuring and contributing to their growth and succession.

Vanessa grew up in China with a deep understanding of Asian culture in business transactions and is fluent in mandarin.  She has also served as a project consultant and accumulated significant experience working on multi divisional engagements including IPO, audit, M&A, due diligence, and other transaction services with the Moore network across service lines and countries.
