Whether stepping in at Supervisor or Manager level, you will:

• Manage the preparation and review of accounting, tax and advisory work in line with quality and compliance standards
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide proactive, commercial advice
• Support and guide junior team members, contributing to their development and the broader team culture
• Collaborate with Partners and senior leaders to improve processes, deliver high-quality outcomes and identify opportunities to broaden client services
• Contribute to the firm’s business development and networking activities
• Uphold the firm’s SOQM, Code of Conduct and high professional standards
• As a Supervisor, your focus will be on workflow coordination, review of work, supporting team development, and delivering high-quality service to a portfolio of clients.
• As a Manager, you will take on broader leadership responsibilities, manage a team, oversee client relationships end-to-end, drive business development activities, and support strategic initiatives within the division.

To thrive in your role with us, you will have:

• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or similar undergraduate degree
• Completed Professional Certification – CA, CPA or equivalent
• 5+ years of public practice accounting experience with 1-2 years
• Manager experience in a mid-tier to large firm
• Motivation and a commitment to self-development and career progression
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Leadership skills including mentoring team members while managing your individual workload
