Wilson is a Director with more than 15 years’ experience and leads the Governance and Risk Advisory team.
He has worked in both professional services and industry/corporate teams providing real opportunities for improvement to clients. Â Specifically, helping organisations in identifying process gaps and providing value adding recommendations to enhance risk and process maturity.
With his deep operational and audit expertise, Wilson is adept in ensuring there is a balance between the organisation’s risk appetite and process operating efficiencies. Experience includes the review of internal audit functions, the management of financial, operational and compliance audits, assessment of audit methodology and risk management framework reviews.
Wilson has extensive experience in leading internal audit, risk, and assurance services across Australia and internationally which has seen him work across multiple sectors including government, health, manufacturing, and education. He has worked with several ASX Top 100 clients as well as federal and state government agencies.
