Bio

Sam is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team at Moore Australia (VIC/TAS) and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and strategic advisory, with over a decade of professional experience. He has advised on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions across technology and cybersecurity, telecommunications, professional services, transport and logistics, and manufacturing.

His transaction experience encompasses the full deal lifecycle from origination through to transaction completion, spanning buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates, capital raisings and IPO execution. Prior to joining Moore, Sam’s corporate finance career included roles with 333 Capital and ANZ’s Corporate Advisory team, where he honed deep expertise in transaction advisory across valuation and financial modelling, deal negotiation and project management.

Complementing his core M&A skillset, Sam brings valuable commercial perspective from senior in-house roles across corporate development, entrepreneurship, technology, engineering and financial management, enabling him to deliver practical advice with strong board-level communication and stakeholder management.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Melbourne and has completed Level I of the CFA Program.
