Bio
Jasmine has over 25 years’ extensive experience in internal audit, investigation, risk management, and corporate governance areas.
Prior to joining Moore Australia (WA), Jasmine was a Senior Vice President of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Division in an Investment Firm abroad where she was tasked with the responsibility to oversee the internal audit, special review and investigation functions. Jasmine also has experience in the development of governance and limit of authority framework, conflict management, and personal data protection framework.
She was involved in the risk profiling, development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including gap analysis review and development of risk management policies.
In addition, she has vast experience as an internal auditor in financial services and banking sectors, as well as relevant experience at a Big 4 firm where she managed a variety of internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance reviews for listed companies and state government.

- Development of Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance Statement, Risk Management Strategy and Plan.
- Review and development of policies and procedural manuals.
- Corporate governance review and development of governance and limit of authority framework, Board Charter and Board Committees’ Terms of Reference.
- Development of conflict management and personal data protection framework.
