Bio
Colin is Director of Corporate Finance Transactions Services at Moore Australia (VIC/TAS) and responsible for valuations and related services. He is CAANZ Accredited Business Valuation Specialist and has authored more than 100 reports, some of which are in the public domain (e.g. public company Independent Expert Reports).
He has been extensively involved in numerous transaction support projects including financial due diligence and financial (merger or bank) modelling. He has also completed as Investigating Accountant small-cap IPOs and expert witness engagements, including loss of profit estimates for Supreme Court matters.
Prior to joining Moore, Colin worked with a Big Four accountancy firm (in Melbourne and in Europe), as a CFO in industry for 10 years, and as an Associate Director with a private equity firm. He has worked with clients including mid to large multinationals, as well as smaller tech-focused start-ups. This breadth of roles and experience has given him a practical and commercial approach to quickly identifying and understanding business issues, particularly as they relate to key transaction risks and valuations.
Colin regularly receives positive feedback from clients on his approach, the quality of his work, and the timeliness of his delivery.
