Brad has over 12 years of experience providing tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of large private and corporate groups in South Australia, Northern Territory, and Victoria. He commenced his career with KPMG where he acted on their Corporate Tax and Deals Advisory Tax teams in Adelaide and Melbourne.
With extensive experience advising on complex income tax, goods and services tax, and employment tax issues, Brad is focused on delivering practical and actionable tax advice which supports businesses to achieve their objectives as tax effectively as possible whilst also ensuring they comply with all their tax obligations.
Brad also specialises in providing transaction-related tax services across a wide range of industries, including:
- structuring of acquisitions and divestments,
- tax due diligence,
- group structuring and restructure, and
- international tax.
