He has also held internal program management roles within professional services and been directly involved in a number of start-up ventures, giving him a well-rounded, commercial perspective.
Within professional services, Ari has led the design and delivery of outsourced finance function solutions tailored to private and mid-market businesses. He has contributed to business growth by supporting go-to-market strategies and internal sales efforts, managing and expanding offshore teams to enhance capacity, providing technical support to team members, and leading the adoption of finance technology solutions to drive greater efficiency. He works directly with clients to review and streamline their finance operations, ensuring processes are scalable, tech-enabled, and fit for purpose.
