Kirsten is an integral part of our internal technical knowledge team, presenting both to clients and staff, as well as produces guidance publications, on topical issues and latest corporate reporting developments.

Kristen is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years working with Accounting Standards, and helps clients and engagement teams apply and simplify corporate reporting requirements including IFRS and Sustainability Reporting, as well as local Australian requirements. She has experience working with issues from small start-ups to ASX top 10 companies and is passionate about helping clients to understand what is required of them under the accounting and sustainability reporting standards and how to apply the requirements practically.

Having started her career at the Australian Accounting Standards Board, and having spent time as an Auditor, Kristen has a full appreciation of the standard setting process and the challenges that engagement teams and clients face in implementing reporting requirement in Australia. She genuinely enjoys helping people resolve complex financial reporting issues and producing quality financial reports. Her passion for sustainability has seen her complete her FSA Credential issued by the IFRS foundation and is embracing the challenge of leading clients and our engagement teams through all aspects of sustainability reporting in Australia. This includes understanding the new reporting requirements, implementing greenhouse gas accounting systems and upskilling teams. Kristen is excited to help companies thrive in this new area of corporate reporting.
