Moore Australia Queensland and Northern New South Wales (QLD/NNSW) is pleased to announce their merger with Lindsay Somerville and his private client advisory business, LNS Private Clients. Moore Australia (QLD/NNSW) is an independent member of the Moore Australia and Moore Global networks.

Lindsay joins the Moore Australia QLD/NNSW leadership team of now 18 directors and will commence operations from the Brisbane office, located at 10 Eagle Street.

Lindsay has 40 years of advisory experience in taxation, accounting, financial management, business performance and related advisory services, including business and corporate structuring.
He also specialises and has a particular focus on ensuring clients have suitable estate and succession planning measures in place to deal with family intergenerational wealth and general family matters.

“This merger is a key step towards achieving our strategic growth plan. It also provides significant synergies for LNS Private Clients.  Lindsay’s high standard of personalised service to clients ensures a seamless fit into our network. This, together with the experience and business networks that LNS Private Clients brings, are a valuable addition to our team and is a key step in continuing to provide our clients with a strong suite of services and expertise,” says Moore Australia (QLD/NNSW) Managing Director, Greg Mallam.

Speaking of the merger and what it means to join Moore Australia, Lindsay said: “The tailored solutions and personalised service offering of Moore Australia complements what LNS Private Clients and I have been delivering since 2008. As a personal trusted advisor, it is important to provide a full suite of services to my clients and the Moore network provides the depth and breadth of skills and resources to do this.”

Prior to setting up LNS Private Clients and predecessor firms, Lindsay spent 25 years with Ernst & Young, as a Tax Partner and Partner in Charge of the Tax Advisory team.
