Strategic Priorities for the Year Ahead
Looking to 2025-26, Moore Australia’s strategy centres on four priorities:
  • Innovation: The accounting profession is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by advances in artificial intelligence and cloud-based platforms. Moore Australia is integrating these technologies to automate routine tasks, improve audit quality, deliver deeper financial insight, enabling real-time collaboration and greater accessibility of information for clients.
  • Sustainability: As expectations rise around sustainability performance, our profession plays a critical role in helping organisations understand and meet new disclosure and assurance requirements. At Moore Australia, we are strengthening our sustainability reporting and assurance capabilities to support clients as they respond to emerging regulatory frameworks and stakeholder demands. Too many businesses are not yet ready for this shift. We are committed to helping ensure sustainability reporting and assurance becomes a trusted, practical and valuable part of how organisations measure and communicate their impact.
  • Ambition: Moore Australia is committed to shaping the future of the profession with integrity and vision. Our firms share this ambition with clients, working to support their success in a fast-changing landscape. We also share ambition for our people, encouraging the next generation of leaders to lead with integrity and vision.
  • Connection: In a world where people are increasingly separated by technology, building trusted relationships with clients, staff and communities remains a core priority. These relationships form the foundation of long-term success and guide our network’s approach to our work every day.
“Our focus is on creating an environment where our people can lead with curiosity and courage,” said David. “Together, we will continue to shape a profession that serves the needs of organisations and society. These promotions are a sign of what is possible when we work together with purpose.”
