Stuart Whitehead joins Moore Stephens

Moore Stephens Victoria, Chief Executive Officer, Steve Sakkas, said the firm was very excited to broaden the firm’s offering to clients with the new Consulting division.
 
“Over the last 12 months we have seen a real increase in the demand for strategic consulting advice from clients especially around business structuring and performance improvement. Stuart’s addition to the team stems from our desire to expand our service offering to meet this increased need for current clients, as well as to develop greater opportunities for prospective clients.” Mr Sakkas said.
 
Before joining Moore Stephens, Stuart was the Principal of a boutique consulting firm, and prior to this was a Director of a Big-4 accounting firm.
 
Stuart has a depth of experience in delivering shareholder value strategies, business case development, process improvement, financial modelling, decision support, IT selection and implementation, business acquisitions and disposals, due diligence and capital raising services to family-owned businesses, large corporates and non-for-profit clients. His industry experience includes agribusiness, property and construction, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, health services and financial services.
