Moore Australia (QLD/NNSW) is growing and we are looking for Managers!

If you are, there is no better time to make the move because we are looking for three Managers to join our regional teams.

The three locations where we are seeking Managers

  1. Biloela is a busy, regional town situated 120km inland from Gladstone that has a relaxed country feel. This is not only an opportunity to have a rewarding, challenging career joining a global network of firms but also an opportunity to immerse yourself in outdoor adventures such as exploring national parks, 4X4, fishing, camping, bush walks and water sports.
  2. Coffs Harbour is situated on the northern beaches of NSW. It is known for its spectacular beaches, coral reefs bushwalking and home to the famous Big Banana monument.
  3. Rockhampton situated next to the Fitzroy River and only 30 minutes to both the coast and mountains. Rockhampton is 38km inland from Yeppoon which is the gateway to stunning tropical islands and the southern point of the Great Barrier Reef.

Please note: We are willing to provide a relocation allowance to suitable candidates.

About the Manager roles

Irrespective of the location we are looking for Managers who are happy to take on challenges and help us in our continued strong and dynamic growth strategy by:

  • Providing high level advice to clients through special accounting, business and taxation assignments to sustain a thriving portfolio of clients
  • Building client relationships and driving retention by empowering team members to deliver exceptional performance
  • Providing strategic advice, innovative solutions and excellent service to small-medium enterprises
  • Providing business advisory and accounting advice to a sustainable and profitable portfolio of clients
  • Budgeting and managing workflow
  • Leading, supporting and developing capability amongst team members, including succession planning, training and career development
  • Contributing to a client-focused team and supportive workplace culture

To succeed as a Manager at Moore Australia (QLD/NNSW) you will be

  • A postgraduate qualified self-starter who holds a CA or CPA
  • Someone who has 1 to 3 years experience working as a Manager
  • An out of the box thinker with a growth mindset
  • Able to effectively manage and lead a team
  • Deadline driven and detail orientated
  • Able to build and foster strong relationships
  • A big picture thinker
  • Experienced in MYOB and AE
  • Experienced in Primary Production (advantageous but not essential)
