Corporate Finance Analyst

Moore Australia (WA) is looking for experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance team.

The Opportunity

You will be part of an exciting, growing team with a strong focus in excelling in client service delivery. This position will report directly to the Corporate Finance Partner, and will provide comprehensive financial advice and expertise, for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, project finance, privatisations, Public, Private, Partnership services, or business strategy reviews across a diverse client base.

 

About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or related discipline are essential.
  • CA, CFA Qualification.   
  • Five or more years’ experience in a similar position. You will also possess high-level organisational and project management skills, and able to manage work for multiple clients to achieve results.
  • Able to create complex financial models and valuation activities. 
  • Participate in - and coordinate capital allocations, debt reprofiling, investment analysis preparing presentations for Senior Management and board level audience.
  • Your key strengths will be your highly collaborative approach which will enable you to build networks and to establish trusting business relationships.
  • A current national police clearance (within six months), Australian working rights and an ability to travel to various locations are essential.
