Vanessa is a Director in the Business Advisory division. She has more than 20 years’ experience and has worked in large mid-tier public practices. Vanessa has worked with small - large businesses, including listed entities, property developers, foreign subsidiaries, and high-net-worth family groups throughout her career.

Her diverse skill and intimate industry knowledge has seen her work closely with clients from a range of industries, however, her focus is on property and construction, fintech, transport and logistics (shipping), agribusiness, health and aged-care and professional services.

Personable and diligent, Vanessa’s hands-on approach allows her to work directly with business owners and decision makers, assisting them with start-up, business expansion, tax compliance, restructuring and contributing to their growth and succession.

Vanessa grew up in China with a deep understanding of Asian culture in business transactions and is fluent in mandarin.  She has also served as a project consultant and accumulated significant experience working on multi divisional engagements including IPO, audit, M&A, due diligence, and other transaction services with the Moore team across service lines.
