Brett Cornwall is a tax and business advisory director of Moore Australia (WA) and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, and the Tax Institute of Australia. Brett is a Chartered Tax Advisor. He has been practicing in these areas of expertise for over 30 years.

Brett provides tax, accounting and business expertise to clients and has also been involved in numerous transactional advice, including advising on a number of large and medium size mergers and acquisitions, conducted numerous valuations and due diligences and acts as independent expert in taxation, commercial and marital property litigation matters. Brett is on the business valuation panel of ANZ Bank.

Brett has extensive experience in strategic planning to small, medium and large businesses, including tax advising, risk assessment, asset protection, succession and estate planning, business expansion and extracting shareholder value through merger and acquisitions and public listings.

Brett has assisted the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand on a number of occasions including his position on the Institute’s panel of tax experts reviewing proposed changes to tax legislation. Brett is also a former board member of the WA Chapter of the Franchise Council.
